Refund & Return Policy

At AAVI COLLECTIONS, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or damage.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

2. Dresses and Clothing

Dresses and clothing items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the eligibility requirements above.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review size information before placing an order.

3. Fashion Accessories

Fashion accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • They are unused and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain accessories may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or Final Sale items.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

8. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size-related issues, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
