Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

At AAVI Collections, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition. All orders are carefully packed using durable packaging materials to protect garments during transit.

Our order processing and dispatch operations run throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Method:

We currently ship all orders using tracked postal services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Within Europe:

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

• Schengen Area: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Non-Schengen European destinations: approximately 10–16 business days after dispatch, depending on customs processing and local postal services

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Address:

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete before placing an order.

AAVI Collections cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, any additional shipping costs required for re-dispatching the order may be charged to the customer.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

International Shipping:

At this time, AAVI Collections ships only within Europe and does not currently accept orders from destinations outside Europe.
